Three-phase separator is a cylindrical vessel used to separate oil, gas and water from well fluids with different crude oil properties, water content ratios and oil-gas ratios, especially suitable for high-viscosity crude oils which contain sands. The separator integrates various technologies including cyclonic separation, gravity separation (sedimentation), coalescing and wastewater degreasing, which is featured by flexible and easy operation, safe and reliable running, high control precision, efficient use of device space and wide application. This three-phase separator is applicable to disposal of heavy to light oil-gas-water mixtures with different water content.

  • The three-phase separator has functions of inflow fluid pretreatment, plate-through liquid distribution, mechanical demulsification, high-efficiency packing coalescence, liquid level control, providing optimal working environment for the process of oil-water separation and gas-liquid separation;
  • Weir plate helps to pacify the inflow fluid through minimizing unwanted surges;
  • Coupled with chemical demulsification method, the three-phase separator is characterized by excellent separation performance, high throughput, high automation level and good adaptability; The three-phase separator is capable of reducing the water content of the crude oil to less than 20%, and the oil content of the sewage to less than 300mg/L;
