Concrete Cup Wheel
JDK’s concrete cup wheel is a kind of diamond grinding tool widely used for aggregate removal on the surface of concrete worktops. For coarse grinding, the bond is softer and the quality of diamonds is higher. The diamond cup wheel often has a larger grit, so we use diamond grits that are from 35 grit to 50 grit.
For fine grinding or polishing, the bond of concrete cup wheel should be harder and the diamonds' quality can be lower because in this case the diamond will last longer and have higher precision. The diamond grit is normally between 80 grit to 120 grit.
