Kelly Spinner
Overview
The kelly spinner makes use of wind motor or hydraulic motor to drive kelly bar to rotate. It is used for limited rathole and mousehole drilling and for making fast kelly connections, safe and effort-saving. This pneumatic spinner is strictly designed and made to the standard of API 8C.

RUSHI provides the pneumatic kelly spinner in three types, i.e. the A6C type, 6600 type and the 6800 type. The first two types are pneumatically driven and the last type is hydraulically driven, which can completely satisfy your usage demands.
Meanwhile, this wellhead equipment is manufactured from superior steel materials and welded via subtle technologies, the surface of which can be coated with red or yellow paint. Hence, you don’t need to compromise between elegant appearance and high durability.
Application Tips
1. Atomized lubricator requires regular refueling, and grease level cannot surpass the bottom surface of filler plug, or atomizing may fail.
2. Please regularly check on motor of the hydraulic kelly spinner. If the motor revolves slowly, take it down and replace relevant quick-wear parts like blade.
3. Do not screw tightly the turn buckle on supporting chain fixed to swivel, for the chain cannot bear weight, and tightly screwed turn buckle may cause excessive wear of main bearing.
4. After applied to five oil wells, this kelly spinner must be demounted for cleaning and maintenance, and machine oil should be replaced.
