ZG Industrial Mixer(For Paste Making)
When you don't get your paste mixed well enough, the resulting toothpastes, cosmetics, or other paste products start to lose appeal to customers. Such is the case with many cosmetic and even pharmaceutical manufacturers, who insist on mixing their products with their own hands or sticks rather than paste mixers. This is why we have especially designed the ZG series industrial mixer for paste making.
Our ZG industrial vacuum mixer is primarily used to create pastes by homogenizing, shearing, and emulsifying. In order to control the amount of mixture discharged from the industrial mixer, a pneumatic valve is fitted at the discharge port. The whole paste mixing machine is tightly sealed to keep out air, dust and other contaminants.

A complete vacuum mixer is made up of the main mixing tank (with a movable lid), high-speed dispersion impeller, double premixing tank, powder silo, vacuum suction device, cooling system, and electrical enclosure
Working Principle
Our industrial mixer is able to produce paste materials by using raw materials such as viscous liquid and other materials like powders.
Raw materials are slightly heated inside the premix tank, where an impeller mixer is used to mix the materials beforehand. After premixing, materials are sucked into the main tank. The fine powdered materials, which have been processed inside the powder silo, are fed into the main tank to mix with the liquid. At room temperatures, the materials are subjected to high shear force exerted by the high-speed dispersion impeller to form a thorough mix.
