Shaking Table
The shaking table is a very efficient equipment for fine ore separation. The separation machine, driven by an electric or diesel motor, consists of eight parts, that is a bed head, a motor, an angle adjusting device, a deck, a slurry distributor, a water distributor, riffles and a lubrication system.
Working Principle
The material flows from the feeding end to the bed surface. Since the groove on the bed is longitudinal and perpendicular to the direction of water flow, the ore particles will be loosened and stratified by the action of water and bed surface vibration in the grooves.
6-S shaking tables are one of the most common gravity separation equipments. The shaking table is widely used to separate rare and precious metals, such as tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium and gold. More specificlly, the separation machine can be applied by mineral processing plants of different sizes in preliminary and fine concentration and scavenging. In addition, the concentration equipment is suitable to separate coarse sand with a diameter of 0.5-2mm, fine sand of 0.074-0.5mm, tungsten and tin particles of 0.22-2mm and slurry particles, and to concentrate iron, manganese and coal.
