Wheel Balancer

Functions of Wheel Balancers
This auto service equipment could make the wheels even and balanced extends the tires' lifespans and decreases noise. Balanced wheels also decrease vibration, so drivers and passengers will enjoy a more safe and comfortable drive. The lifespan of supporting parts will also be extended indirectly with balanced wheels;
Instructions for Wheel Balancers
1. Before balancing the tires, make sure the tires have been properly changed, remove the lead ballasts on the hubs and clean the tire treads and hubs;
2. Place the tire onto the balancer's spindle through the center bore, and insert a metal cone to ensure the wheel is perfectly centered.
3. Turn on the power and measure the distance between the hub and the wheel balancer as well as the diameter and width of the hub. When all the data is entered in, the machine can begin balancing;
4. Once started, the balancing machine spins the assembly at high speed to determine the heaviest point, and signals where and how many weights to place on the opposite side to compensate.
5. The balancing machine stops automatically when data is gathered. Users can adjust the ballasts accordingly. Repeating this process, the wheel becomes perfectly balanced and the letter "O" appears on the balancer's screen.
6. Remove the tire from the balancer.
