Standards
1.GB/T 10229-1988
2.IEC 289: 1987
3.JB9644-1999 (Reactors for use in semi-conductor electric drives.)

Insulation Level: Class F or H

Features of Smoothing Reactor
1. Haolai smoothing reactor is a dry-type, single-phase, iron core reactor.
2. Quality iron core is made from premium grade cold-rolled silicon steel plates for low core loss. Between adjacent iron plates is a piece of glass cloth impregnated with epoxy resin and coated with specialized adhesives to ensure air gaps between them do not produce noise during operation.
3. Vacuum impregnated copper flat wire offering class F or H insulation is densely and uniformly wound around each core leg, without the need of any insulating cover.
4. Small-capacity coils are stacked upon one another. Large-capacity coils are wound concentrically. Both configurations enable fast heat dissipation.
5. The coil and iron core assembly goes through a variety of processes, including pre-drying, vacuum pressure impregnation, and curing. Epoxy resin coating offers class H insulation, enabling a tight bond between the coil and iron core thereby reducing noise during operation and allowing the assembly to run properly even at high temperature.
6. Iron core limbs are fastened using non-magnetic fasteners so there would be little temperature increase in them during running.
7. Exposed parts are corrosion resistant. Wire terminals are tin plated copper tubes or copper bars.
8. Accurately designed and manufactured through mature production process, the smoothing reactor works reliably.
9. Inductance tolerance is closely controlled to avoid harmonics and overload.

Operating Conditions
1. Altitude: 2000m
2. Ambient temperature: -25~ 45°C
3. Relative humidity: below 90%
4. Voltage waveform close to sinusoidal wave
5. Workplace should be free of harmful gases, flammables and explosives.
6. When used in an enclosed cabinet, the smoothing reactor should be equipped with ventilations.
