ZLDF series stainless steel IBC bins are mainly used for the safe handling, storage and transportation of various bulk solids such as tablets, pills and capsules.
Features
- All parts in contact with materials are constructed from 316L stainless steel, both inner and outer surfaces come with rounded corners, eliminating dead areas;
- IBC tank cover has silicone gasket to guarantee a tight seal, efficiently preventing cross contamination and dust pollution;
- Custom butterfly valve with anti-misoperation mechanism;
- Polyurethane casters helps ensure stability while protecting flooring from being damaged and scuffed;
- Inner surface is treated with mirror-finish polishing (Ra≤0.2μm), and outer surface is subjected to matte finish treatment (Ra≤0.4μm);
