The wafer flat pressing machine is divided into two parts which are conveyor belt and pressing unit. When the optoelectronic switch detects that there is a wafer book, the conveyor belt will stop moving after some time, not instantly. When the conveyer belt stops, the wafer book is just under the pressing plate, and the pressing plate is driven by a cylinder to move downwards so as to compress wafer book into desired thickness.
In addition, this biscuit processing machine only measures 1000×1250×1300mm in dimension.
