Deep Groove Ball Bearing
Deep groove ball bearings are among the most common ball bearings. With a single row design, the single row deep groove ball bearings can handle both radial and axial loads in two different directions. It is applicable for parts that range in size from 5-1200mm in radius.
Available Varieties: As the most commonly used ball bearing, this one is available in multiple designs, variations and sizes, including small, mid and large size ball bearings, among other standard bearings.
Along with the open type ball bearings, we also provide ball bearings with stainless steel covers, rubber sealing rings, or snap rings on the outer ring. This type of ball ring is equipped with stamped steel cages. The large ball bearings used machined copper alloy cages, though when used in high speed rotations, they can also use a machined cage.
Features
The deep groove ball bearing is a machine element that features the following:
Laconic design
Un-separable structure
Low friction coefficient, low noise and low vibration.
Applicable to high speed and super high speed conditions.
Stable Performance and very little maintenance required
Applications of the Deep Groove Ball Bearing
We can provide customers with high performance deep groove ball bearings that feature a small friction torque.
It is suitable for high and extremely high rotary speeds, and features low noise levels and low vibrations.
With a 5-12000mm diameter, this ball bearing includes both single row deep groove ball bearings and double row deep groove ball bearings.
They have been widely used in auto, home appliance, lathes, motors, pumps, agricultural equipment and textile equipment.
