Advantages
1. Our RD series of pellet mills is primarily used to make feed pellets. The ring die pellet mill uses a high precision gear transmission, making its output 20% higher than a feed pellet machine that uses a belt transmission.
2. The entire transmission system on the pellet press is comprised of high quality beadings made in Switzerland and Japan to ensure the high efficiency and low-noise power transmission.
3. Due to the use of a supplementary, advanced snake-shaped spring coupling, the feed pellet mill has a compact structure, gives off very little noise, has a low failure rate and is safe to use.
4. The fully stainless steel enlarged reinforced feed conditioning machine’s working speed is controlled using a variable frequency technology to ensure the premium quality of the finished feed pellets.
5. Our feed pelletizing equipment is designed with an advanced pipe system, imported pressure regulating valves, and a high-performance permanent magnetic device.
6. We have different models available, each with different production capacities.
7. Custom feed pellet machines are also available with either double layer or triple layer conditioners.
