Features
1. The TLSS series of screw conveyors feature a simple and compact structure.
2. The hanging bearings used in our screw feeders are oil bearings used primarily in machine tools, and are reliable and easy to lubricate.
3. The shaft ends are sealed using a packing process, ensuring an excellent sealing performance.
4. The screw on the screw conveyor can be a counterclockwise spiral or a clockwise spiral. It is possible for one shaft to combine both spiral screws for a bidirectional conveying.
5. Our conveying machine can be arranged horizontally, vertically, or tilted, making it easily adaptable to different locations.
Applications
Our screw conveyors are fixed mechanical conveying equipment pieces, used for horizontal or tilted conveyance (with a tilted angle less than 20º) of granular and powdery materials, including grain, oil materials, feed and more. The conveying length is usually no longer than 40 meters, and the appropriate operating ambient temperature range is -20ºC to 50ºC.
The auger conveyor can’t be used to convey materials that are corrosive, highly viscous, cake easily, contain large impurities or are hotter than 200ºC. It is also not suitable for conveying materials with rough surfaces, such as paddies, or fragile material such as corn.
