With advanced design and manufacturing technology from both Italy and America, Rongda developed the GF series rotary airlock, also known as a rotary valve. It is often used in pneumatic conveying systems for feeding and discharging materials. As an important part of pneumatic conveying systems and ventilation dust removal systems, common rotary airlock valves include carbon steel airlocks, stainless steel airlocks and cast iron airlock.Currently, these conveyor airlocks and dust collection airlocks are used in grain, oil, food, feed, chemical, drying, dust removal and storage and transportation industries.

Features
1. Our rotary airlocks are available in both regular and combination types. The regular airlock uses no power, while the combination airlock can be used in conjunction with a worm gear reducer or cycloidal pin gear speed reducer.
2. According to the location of the bearings, there are rotary airlock valves with inboard bearings, and rotary valves with outboard bearings. For the inboard bearing rotary valve, the bearings and packing seals are located close to each other, making the rotary valve suitable for dealing with low-temperature, large particle materials. On outboard bearing rotary valves, the bearings and packing seals are separated by a certain distance. These rotary valves are suitable for working with high temperature materials.
3. Based on the vane type, we can supply rotary airlocks with or without blades. The space between the vane and the housing for the airlock with blades can’t be adjusted, however, airlocks without blades can adjust the space. Different blades can be equipped onto the airlock, based on the properties of different materials. For example, steel blades are used for dealing with viscous materials and can scrape materials off that are stuck to the machine housing. Airlocks requiring a high sealing performance uses polyurethane blades.
4. Our rotary airlocks come in a variety of sizes: 7L, 9L, 16L, 30L, 55L, 80L, and 120L. They can also be customized.
5. Our rotary valves are fabricated from HT200 (cast iron) Q235 (carbons steel) 304, 321, or 316L (stainless steel).

1. Offset airlock: prevents the granular materials from breaking.
2. Clean airlock: used for dealing with highly viscous and high water content materials. (This type of airlock allows users to clean the vanes without removing the cover, ensuring a reliable sealing performance and increased working efficiency.)
