Features of Jacking Control System
1. Our electrical jacking control system can simultaneously control 20 sets of strand jacks. Each strand comes with a maximum capacity of 45 tons and a speed of 3m/h.
2. Thestrand jack control system is specially designed for different projects and operations so as improve the overall working efficiency of our hydraulic jacks. Power is provided by electric motors or diesel engines. The system is equipped with specially designed valves, pipe fittings and components.
3. Since the power pack is provided with an automatically synchronous operating system, our jacking control cabinet can synchronize the operation of one or multiple jacks. The state-of-the-art design ensures a multi-strand lifting capability under continuous working pressure of 400Bar. To be specific, one strand can lift 90 times in one minute. If necessary, you can conduct slight adjustment by reducing the output.
4. All strand jacks can be controlled in place on the power pack and also remotely.
5. Before delivery, we can spend 1-2 days to train your technicians to properly operate the jacking control system.
