Mobile Concrete Batching Plant HZS25
The YHZS mobile concrete batching plant is a highly integrated concrete plant. The main mixer uses a double-shaft compulsory mixer that mixes thoroughly and dispenses quickly. The mobile mixing plant produces plastic, dry and hard concrete at a reliable rate. This machine consists of a bathing system, mixing system, measuring system and control system. With its small size and affordable price, the mobile batch plant is suitable for small or mid-scale hydropower, road, port, airport, and bridge projects.
With an electronic scale, the aggregate can be measured singly or cumulatively as cement, water, and other additives are poured into the hopper. The mobile concrete batching plant's computer centralized control makes measuring accurate and easy to adjust for different formulas. Electrical components are from Siemens and are reliable and high performing. The mixing blade is made from wear-resistant metal, and the shaft bearing and seal increase the concrete mixer's service life.
