The embedding center comprises of two separate components, the cold plate and the main console. The independent modules offer the flexibility to arrange workflow in either left to right or left to right direction based on user's operating habit. The large working area allows operators to process several specimens at the same time. Via the control panel, operators can set temperature and start time.

Features of Embedding Station
1. Automated process control. Delayed start feature can be programmed up to 7 days in advance.
2. The paraffin station comes with double overheating protection for safety and reliability. A two-stage filter is used to avoid paraffin blocking the tank. The tank has a large capacity that allows infiltration of up to 250 tissue samples with paraffin.
3. Honeywell sensor switch and foot switch are available for options.
4. Unique lighting system fitted above the work area provides bright illumination for making small blocks.
5. Five temperature control systems are separately adjusted from ambient temperature to 99℃, so that there is always an optimal environment in the paraffin tank, paraffin dispensing nozzle, work table, thermal tank, and storage tank.
6. Users can freely set the time when the embedding station starts everyday.
7. Residual heated paraffin flows back to the system by gravity under the control of high-performing solenoid valve.
8. The heated paraffin dispensing module and the cold plate are separate components that can be set up in either direction, from left to right or from right to left.
