Power End Features
1. After the basic structure and parameters of the reciprocating pump are confirmed, the power end is designed according to the philosophy of high thrust and low speed. That is, the reciprocation is dramatically reduced while the linear speed of plunger is maintained.

2. The forged crank shaft in the box is supported by two heavy duty bearings, while the built-in reducer shaft is driven by two herringbone gears. The drive system features forced lubrication and splash lubrication methods to ensure smooth operation.

3. The housing is made using a resin-bonded sand casting process. This provides excellent heat dissipation performance and high strength. In addition, the housing is coated by an epoxy resin hammer paint.

4. The power end employs nodular cast iron crossheads which improves the bearing capability and wear resistance of our ultra-high pressure pumps. The use of nodular cast iron can also reduce power end size and thereby enhance the safety factor.

5. The lining of the small end of the connecting rod is made of a zinc based alloy, which improves the bearing capacity of the small end without adding size. This greatly improves working capacity.

6. The crank shaft is forged with a high strength alloy steel which strengthens its impact resistance under alternating loads, ensuring stable operation and avoiding abrasion caused by unbalanced stress. Additionally, the crank shaft comes with a surface finish that facilitates superior continuous working performance and considerably lowers the friction coefficient.

Fluid End Features
The fluid end of our ultra-high pressure pump is designed using the Jetech technologies. All fluid ends undergo a precise machining process and a minuscule tolerance for error. This makes for easy maintenance and is suitable for long time operation.

Applications
Our ultra-high pressure pump is mainly used in UHP water jet cleaning applications. It is ideal for cleaning facilities in the oil and petrochemical industry, such as off-shore platforms, power plants, and for cleaning ships, removing paint, rust and markings from surfaces, steel structures, road and bridge and cleaning tanks, among other things. It can transport fresh water, emulsified liquids and other chemical fluids.
