Tongjie's 250TJ3 ultra-high pressure cleaner is suitable for most industrial cleaning applications. Produced with industry leading technology, the 250TJ3 washer pump has received rave reviews by our customers. The high pressure washing system is used to remove contaminants in heat exchangers and vapor vessels in sugar refining, power plants and metallurgy operations. It can also be used for rust and paint removal from pipes and other metal surfaces.
Features of the Ultra High Pressure Cleaner
1. 200Mpa shock-resistant pressure gauge accurately displays the pressure level.
2. A rupture disc assembly (safety valve) prevents dangerous machine failures under high pressure operation.
3. The pressure regulating valve can realize continuously variable pressure control from 0 to the maximum.
4. A stainless steel double inlet pipeline supplies the industrial cleaning machine with a uniform flow of water.
5. TheUHP cleaner is fitted with a high capacity stainless steel water tank.
6. A stainless steel filter system performs high precision filtration.
7. Smooth and safe operation is made possible with a booster pump for supplying a sufficient amount of water.
8. Remotely controlled pneumatic stop valve.
9. Powerful air supply system offers ample air flow and pressure for continuous operation.
10. A high pressure rubber hose with a large drift diameter can reduce pressure loss in water delivery and thereby guarantees the outstanding cleaning effects of the pressure washer.
