Thermoplastic Hose (Aramid Fiber Braid)
The thermoplastic hose with aramid fiber braid (R8) has high pressure bearings, shock resistance, a firm structure, and no deformation over long term use. This fiber reinforced hose, is used in hydraulically supported mines, oil field development, engineering construction, lifting and transport machinery, metallurgy, forging, shipbuilding, plastic injection machinery, and agricultural machinery as well as industrial hydraulic systems with certain pressures and temperatures of oil-based (such as mineral oil, soluble oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricants) and water-based liquids (such as emulsion, oil-water emulsion, water).
Structure of the Thermoplastic Hose
1. Material for the aramid braided hose's inner core: Nylon
2. Reinforcement: Aramid fiber
3. Cover: Polyurethane

1. Temperature range: -40℃ to 100℃
2. Resistant to oil, acids and alkali materials
3. Flexible with a small bending radius
