1. Automatic Rescue Device (ARD)
If there are sudden power failures while the elevator is running, the emergency power supply will automatically kick in, allowing the elevator to travel to the nearest floor and allow passengers to safely exit.

2. SOS System
If a passenger loses consciousness in the lift, the SOS system will activate and send a message requesting assistance.

3. Pit Water Sensing System
The elevator can automatically detect the water level in the elevator pit, ensuring it can run safely. When the water level reaches a certain height, the elevator will not run. The water pumping system in the pit will automatically drain the water. After the water drops to a safe level, the elevator will be able to resume normal operations.

4. IC Card Service
Using the appropriate IC input device, instructions in or out of the cab can be locked or connected.

5. Intercom
An intercom installed in the lift car can achieve communication between passengers in the car and people in the machine room and pit, on top of the car or the lobby on the first floor.

6. Fingerprint Identification System (Touch ID)
Through the use of a fingerprint recognizer, the elevator can be used to achieve passenger control, confidential information protection and office use.

7. Automatic Stop Announcer
An electronic automatic stop announcer can inform passengers of the approaching floor. It can be installed on the top or bottom of the car, as well as at each floor.

8. Delayed Door Opening
If the passenger needs extra time to enter or leave the elevator, they just need to press the button of the desired floor for 3 seconds, and the door will remain open. Press the button twice, and the delayed door opening will be overridden.

9. Landing Floor Limit
When the floors need to be limited or certain floors off limits to passengers, operators can set the floor limit function in the control system.

10. Fire Emergency Return (Except in the Villa Elevator)
In the event of a fire, the elevator will automatically be driven to the nearest safe floor to keep passengers safe during evacuation.

11. Driver's Operation (Except in the Villa Elevator)
If you need a driver to operate the elevator, rather than allow passengers to do so themselves, you can switch the elevator over to a driver operation mode.

12. Empty Cab Prevention
There may be times when there are no passengers in the cab when instructions are sent to call it to the landing. To prevent the car from going anywhere, the control system will cancel all instructions in order to save power.

13. Full Load, Non-Stop (Need a Weighting Device and Indicator Light)
When the elevator reaches its full load, it will travel directly to the first landing floor without stopping to let additional passengers in. In addition, an indicator light will turn n to show the full load signal.

14. Auto Restart as the Landing Door Falls
When the landing door is unable to close normally as foreign objects are blocking it, the control system for the elevator will automatically open and close the door every 30 seconds.
