The straightening machine uses a series of straightening rolls to restore the desired shape of tubes and pipes that have been seriously bent and crooked. Straightening rolls are typically arranged in two rows stacked upon each other, typically 4 at the top and 2 at the bottom, or 3 atop 4.
As a dedicated tube mill equipment manufacturer, Wanxin is able to manufacture straightening rolls in diameter ranging from 32mmm to 219mm. This straightening machine consists of the upper frame and lower base with columns (painted in orange) in-between. Major parts of the machine include the worm gearbox, motor, drive shaft, and the fine-tuning device.
