The pipe end facing and beveling machine serves two purposes as it faces the pipe end square and bevels that square end to an angle suitable for welding. Controlled by a PLC system, the pipe end facing and beveling machine automatically completes one cycle and resets to get ready for the next cycle without stop. This automatic pipe end facing and beveling machine comes with an advanced contour beveling tool that cuts multiple eye-catching bevel profiles, straight or shaped. A range of machine models is available as well in diameter up to 3000mm, which can be used in conjunction with the spiral welder.
