Pendulum Feeder
Advantages
The pendulum feeder is installed under the storage tank or hopper to convey materials with a particle size that is less than 50mm and are dry and don’t easily agglomerate such as ore and coal. The industrial mining equipment is not suitable for conveying powder, as it will block the feed or and scatter.
Working Principle
The swinging feeder is installed beneath the discharge opening of the ore bin. Minerals fall into the feeder and an electric motor drives the turbine reducer to swing the pendulum, evenly and consistently feeding materials into the next machine. The mineral feeding quantity can be controlled by adjusting the eccentric wheel or regulating the revolving speed of the motor.

The pendulum feeder continuously moves bricks of material from storage bins into crushing and screening machines. Widely used in the metallurgy, mining, ore dressing, building materials, and chemical industries, the rotary feeder features a simple structure, easy maintenance, and an affordable price.
