Spiral classifier is a necessary equipment for the wet classification of dressing of ores and other mineral material, it can improve the quality of finished sand. LSX series spiral classifier produced by Dingbo has the functions of washing, dehydration and classification, which can be used in metallurgy, building materials, water and electricity industries. This spiral classifier is applied to copper ore, cement, quartz sand, refractory materials, and concrete aggregate.

Features
1. The screw classifier has reasonable structure, convenient maintenance, large capacity, small power consumption, and high cleanliness.
2. Seal structure, enclosed drive chain in oil bath, overflow weir plate are adopted to ensure our sand washing plant durable and stable with high efficiency, good effect of cleaning and dehydration.
3. Fineness of finished product reaches the national standard of building sand.
4. Our spiral classifier uses helical blade to minimize the loss of the wearing parts.
