Jig concentrators are gravity separation devices for mineral processing operations. The jig bed uses water to separate ores and minerals by density. The maximum feed size of the is 8mm-12mm

According to the mineral's specific gravity, you can flexibly adjust the concentrator's stroke and frequency. The Jig can be used for the gravity separation of tungsten, tin, placer gold, hematite, limonite, manganese ore, titanium, antimony, lead, tantalum, and niobium among others.
