The carbon black pelletizer provides a fast, easy pelleting process that uses no bonding agents to produce carbon black pellets. Coarse carbon black from the pyrolysis plant is first pulverized to more workable sizes. The resulting powder then goes into our pelletizer for fast turnover of quality carbon black pellets.

An estimated 35% of carbon black collected from the tire pyrolysis system can be made into pellets using our carbon black pelletizer. The resulting pellets can be burned as fuels to provider power. Our carbon black equipment does not have a definite size or shape due to size limitations and cost constraints in your factory.
