The junk sub is used applied during the drilling process for fishing fallen objects such as carbide teeth, drill bits and bearings which cannot be carried out of the downhole by conventional drilling fluid circulation and other fishing operations. The junk sub helps extend bit service life by reducing and preventing drill bit damage. The subs are available in multiple sizes.
