1.The edge cutting is thin (at only 1mm thick) and has both automatic and manual grindstone grinding to keep edges sharp and slit the paper board neatly.
2.The cardboard is preloaded, then cut through the pressure line to complete product requirements, with no cracking.
Main Features
1.Thin blade slitting is used to eliminate rough edges and flattening that results from traditional thick blade slitting. It allows the slit cardboard to be free of burrs and give the edges a straight and tidy appearance, improving the overall quality and appearance of the cardboard.
2.The blade is ground both manually and automatically, meaning slitting and blade grinding can be carried out simultaneously to ensure a sharp blade and ensure the working efficiency.
3.The latest scoring techniques are used to avoid tears and ruptures during scoring of low, medium and high grade cardboard.
