This equipment is known for its efficiency as ink printing equipment, and it can print on both slots. We have 5 models for customers to choose from, each of which can process material to a maximum size of 1200 x 2900mm, and cut 3 to 5 layers of corrugated materials.

Machine Functions
1. Cast iron lends an excellent anti-seismic performance. A wall thickness of 60mm on the machine ensures a steady transmission and accurate joining of the gears. It is processed and finished using a high precision machining center in order to increase the accuracy. The accurate level gauge is used to adjust the machine while it is being installed.

2. Excellent quality steel is used for all transmission shafts and rolls, and the high precision dynamic balance adjustment ensures the steady transmission. All transmission shafts and rolls are polished and plated with hard chrome to ensure the durability.

3.All the driving gears use high quality, low carbon alloy steel (20CrMnTi). The teeth are ground, and the tooth width reaches 60mm.

4. Connected collars with no bonds are used for the entire machine to eliminate clearance, making it fit for high speed printing. Key transmitting parts are imported, as are the NSK insert bearings to extend the service life.

5.Spraying lubrication is used to lubricate the gears, two oil pumps, circulating oil supply, and self-poise on the level of oil. There is no need to remove oil, and oil leakage will not occur.

6.The machine features electric separation and connections of different sections. A pneumatic lock, and auto brake, when separate guarantee no printing dislocation.

7. The alarm will ring continuously if the machine moves, warning workers of unsafe conditions.
8. A PLC/multifunction touch screen frequency converter controls the phase adjustment in the printing section and die cutting section. The printing slotting die cutting machine is easy to control.

9. The wire between the units of the entire machine are arranged at the top. The devices are all internationally known brands, including a Siemens contactor, Taiwan Fu Sheng air compressor, WuHan Yongts River diaphragm pump, ShanXi XianYan CahoYue clutch, Japanese NSK and Harbin rolling bearings.

Feeding Unit
1.Machine operation through a series of buttons and touch screen panel is easy.
2.The computer counts and shows the feeding amount and production quantity.
3.A motor controls the positioning of the sideboard and the backboard. The scale and the touchscreen show the displacement distance.
4.The clearance for the two front boards is manually adjusted.
5.Dust removal is carried out via a vacuum and brush. Both the vacuum and brush remove dust and soft flocks on the board.
6.The feeding unit also consists of a high pressure fan (7.5kW), auxiliary suction feeding, and the blast volume, which is adjustable according to the degree of the crook in the paperboard to ensure a smooth feeding.

Auto Feeder
Kick feeder: Vacuum adsorption and back kick feeding with multiple rolling wheels ensures a smooth running.
Lead edge feeder: lead edge feeding and the frequency converter adjust the blast column to ensure the smooth feeding of thinner boards and crook cardboard.
1.Connect collars with no bonds are used for the machine in order to avoid the chromatography errors caused by clearance.
2.A crosshead slipper is used for the transmission of the rolls to ensure steady movement of the gears and an accurate printing position.
3.The machine has a back fixed structure.

Printing Roller
1.The printing roll is made of heavy wall seamless steel pipe. It surface is finely ground and hard chrome plated, with the balance corrected, in order to ensure a steady running process.
2.The hanging plate and the double flange lock make positioning easy, accurate and fast.
3.When installing and uninstalling the printing plate, the pedal switch controls positive and negative rotation.

Imprinting Roll
1.The outside diameter is 152mm.
2.The heavy wall seamless steel pipe features a finely ground surface, hard chromium plating, dynamic balance correction and a steady running.
3.The automatic lock device is used to adjust the imprinting roll clearance, ranging from 0-12mm.

Printing Ink Anilox Roll
1.The steel anilox roll is made by Chang Zhou Hai Li (200-220 meshes).
2.The automatic lock device is used to adjust the anilox roll clearance, ranging from 0-12mm.

Phase Adjustment Mechanism
1.Planetary gear structure and a frequency converter control the 360º adjustment.
2.The geared motor controls the adjustment of the transverse movement, with the range of±10mm.

Ink Circulation Mechanism
The pneumatic diaphragm pump supplies the ink in a steady manner.

Printing Phase Fixing Devices
When the units get separated to adjust the phase, the brake restricts gear movement, and keeps the gears in their original position.

Die Cutting Shaft (lower shaft)
1.Made of casting steel material with a finely ground surface and a hard chrome plating.
2.The balance is corrected to ensure the running stability.
3.A special design and independent structure are used on the die cutting shaft. It is used for die cutting on common and unusually shaped cartons.
4.Space of the die-fixing screw hole space: 62.6 x 100mm.
5.Applicable die height: 25.4mm
6.Die thickness: 16-18mm (for three decker board) 13-15mm (for five decker board)

Rubber Roll (Upper Roll)
1.The rubber roll is made of cast steel materials with a finely ground surface and a chrome plating.
2.The balance is corrected. Ensuring running stability.
3.Manual adjustment to the clearance is done with the die.
4.The rubber thickness is 8mm (the outside diameter is 328mm).
5.The planetary gear mechanical transverse movement is ±40mm of the moving device.

Phase Adjustment In-Structure
1.The planetary gear in-structure is the same as that in the printing unit.
2.PLC, touch screen, and an electrical digital phase adjustment of 360º are on the machine. (Both the running and the stop are adjustable)

Auto Stacker
1.Manually adjust the automatic collecting arm on the auto stacker
2.The paper collection speed is synchronized with the feeding speed. The paper collection speed can also be individually adjusted.
3.Stacking height: 1600mm.
4.The transport bed is driven by a strong chain and motor.
5.The collecting platform has an anti-dropping device to ensure the safety of operators
6.The pneumatic control on the collecting striper, and the stripper can automatically stretch and collect the cardboard when cardboard is stacked to a specific height.
7.The flat wrinkle belts avoid sliding of the carton sheet.
8.The tension in the transfer belt at the collecting arm can be adjusted individually, with no equal length restrictions.
