Printer Die Cutter (Semi-Automatic)
The semi-automatic printing die cutting machine can cut 4-7 layers of corrugated cardboard and 80p/minute of material. It is especially suitable for small and medium sized carton processing plants.
Features
1.The machine is motorized in order to achieve start locking and loosening. Equipped with alarms and light tips, the machine is safe to use.
2.The inking section of the machine will shut down mechanically so as to not damage the plate surface.
3.Ink from the suction device can be individually controlled with an automatic roll idling circulation of ink. The surface of the host does not need to pause in order to dry and features a self-cleaning roller.
4.All the rolls and shafts are hard chrome plated.
5.A large printing drum hanging device is used, as is axial speed adjustment, so pasting is more accurate while saving time and effort.
6.The drum’s circumferential slot can be adjusted by 360º using a rapid adjustment phase, and the electrical phase adjustment slot improves the work efficiency.
7.The automatic counting device controls production volume.
