This machine consists of leading edge rotary die cutting machine, a double vibration stripping machine, and a complete cutaway, as well as creasing, grooving, stripping, and stacking components. Each part works together to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cardboard, saving labor and improving efficiency.

Die Cutting Department
1.A die cutting roller for high quality steel materials, 30mm thickness, balance correction, and hard chrome plating.
2.Wall board for high quality cast iron material, 50mm thickness, and a large processing center production
3.The soft roll automatic grinding is a repeated process, grinds 3 to 4 times
4.The line speed uses automatic compensation to ensure that each batch of cardboard boxes is fully set according to the parameters of the line.
5.The CUE polyurethane rubber cushion is imported from the US, and is easy to install. The die cutting performs up to 12 million operation cycles.
6.The mechanical soft roll features a 40mm lateral movement, and pad wear is uniform.
7.40cr of material uses the grinding gears. The gears are quiet and have a long service life.
8.The die cutting roller cylinder uses automatic separation devices to reduce wear on the pouches.

Paper Feeding Department
1.Adsorption automatic feeder, one-slotting, cut corners, creasing, drilling
2.The feed is 10,000 sheets per hour, and the precision die cutting ranges from 0.75mm to -0.75mm.
3.The phase planetary gear uses electrical adjustment, which makes turning on and turning down easy to adjust.
4.Blocking cardboard has a side block that can be electrically adjusted.
5.The paper rollers have plastic facing, in order to prevent cardboard from bunching, and increasing the feed accuracy.

Computer Unit
1.The computer unit features easy man to machine interfaces, and the entire system is PLC controlled.
2.Features a main motor frequency control.
