Our slurry/ mud hoses are heavy duty material handling hoses that can withstand the heavy abuse that goes along with moving abrasive and viscous materials.

Mud Suction Hose

The mud suction hose is an abrasive resistant tube that is produced using high quality materials to transfer slurries, mud and other abrasive media without becoming damaged. The wire helix structure within the hose provides full vacuum capabilities without causing collapse. The outer cover is oil, abrasion and ozone resistant.

Tube: Black NR/BR rubber blend
Reinforcement: Multiple textile cords with helix steel wire
Cover: Black NR/SBR rubber blend
Working temperature range: -20℃ to 80℃

Sand Suction Hose

The sand suction hose is intended for installation at the suction end of hydraulic dredges. It creates a flexible connection between dredging lines and pumps.

Structure
1. Tube: Black synthetic rubber for abrasion resistance (static dissipating/static conductive).
2. Reinforcement: Spiral-plied synthetic fabric cord with wire helix;
3. Cover: Black synthetic rubber (wrapped impression);
4. Temperature: -25°F to 180°F (-32°C to 82°C)

Slurry Hose

Slurry hoses are designed primarily for handling abrasive and viscous slurries from mines and quarries. They can also be sued for handling dry materials such as sand, gravel and grains. The external bolt on the flanges allow for easy installation and uninterrupted free flow.

1. Tube: Ultra high quality blended rubber tube
2. Reinforcement: Multiple layers of high tensile synthetic cords cover an extra heavy duty wire helix.
3. Cover: Think black corrugated abrasion and weather resistant synthetic blend.
4. Temperature range: -40°F to 180°F (-40°C to 82°C )
