Usually called the roller leveler, our leveling machine is typically used to correct out of flat sheets, plates or steel sections. Can be integrated into the press feed line and installed directly after the uncoiler.

Plate thickness: 3.5~20mm
Plate width: 300~2500mm
Leveling accuracy: ≤2mm/m2

Either integrated into a processing line or functions stand-alone.

Brief Description of Leveling Machine
This series of corrective leveler is a common sight in metallurgy, shipbuilding, boiler, machinery manufacturing, and structural metal industries where metal coils or steel sections need to be straightened prior to being cut or stamped. We offer a total 18 leveling machine models for customers to choose from.

Housed inside the rigid frame are two rows of leveling rollers that are mechanically powered. Electrical control with digital readouts displaying the amount of correction.
