Gap Frame Punch Press, J23
Gap frame means there is an open portion in the front of our punch press. This open front offers easy access to the die set. The whole machine frame is shaped like the letter C when viewed from one side, which is why some manufacturers may call it C-frame punch press.
This gap frame punch press is inclinable, meaning that it can be tilted backwards to facilitate the removal of metal material after a hole or several holes are punched in it. Popular uses for our inclinable punch press are in making sophisticated electronics, communication, computer, home appliance, auto parts, motor rotor and stator, among other punched metal parts.
Perhaps the biggest selling point of this gap frame punch press is the great workload that the machine can handle which is able to stand up to great force all while delivering consistent punching results whether in continuous or intermittent punching.
Brief Description
We can deliver this gap frame punch press in a range of pressure ratings from 160KN to 1600Kn. A total of 8 models are available for choice.
