Advantages of Hydraulic Guillotine Shear
Cuts plates accurately and progressively from one side to the other.

Brief Description
1. Welded steel framework has been through vibratory stress relief for enhanced rigidity and stability.
2. The blade runs on a vertical track guided by the V-guide roller bearing system, enabling a straight cut.
3. By adjusting the hand wheel, it is easy to control the blade gap in a fast, accurate manner.
4. Durable blade lasts a lifetime.
5. Adjustable rake angle allows the blade to make accurate cuts without deforming or bending the plate.
6. The upper blade of our hydraulic guillotine shear is inclined slightly, allowing the cut plate to clear the back-gauge and drop.
7. The hydraulic guillotine shear uses light beam to cast a shadow line onto the plate to be cut. This line aligns with the edge of the blade for a more accurate cut.
8. Motorized back-gauge with digital readouts.
9. Rear sheet support device (Other options are provided as well.)
