Three-Color Drinking Straw Extrusion Line
Here you will find a high quality, cost efficient plastic extrusion solution. It is our JHO1-350/355 series extrusion line designed for making drinking straws in three colors from polypropylene. Due to the use of masterbatch, the extrusion machinery can manufacture colorless, single color, two-color and three-color drinking straws though the processes of melting, extruding, shaping, cooling, pulling and cutting.
With molds or other auxiliary equipment, this series plastic extrusion line is also suitable for making a diversity of tubes, sheets and many other products for various applications such as Drinking straws, Lollipop sticks, Coffee stirring stick, ball-pen ink cartridges, Cotton swab sticks, brake pipes, etc.
The drinking straw extrusion line consists of extruder, cooling device, pulling and cutting device, electric control part, and more. Advantages of the Drinking Straw Extrusion Line
1. Simple structure, high automation, easy and stable operation, and high efficiency;
2. Extruder's screw is made of high-quality 38CrMoLu alloy and features a nitrogen treatment for long service life.
3. Water tank and hopper are fabricated from 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plates, meeting the requirements for sanitation and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
4. Delta frequency converter, DELIXI contactor and intelligent temperature control unit are applied in the extrusion line.
5. It comes with straw output counting function and can warn the operator as a batch of products is made.
