Bendy Straw Forming Machine
The JH02 series fully automatic bendy straw forming machine is a device matched with the JH01 series drinking straw extrusion line. Through roller forming process, this plastic processing equipment can make straight drinking straws into bendy straws, enhancing straw practicality and enjoyment. This flexible drinking straw machine mainly consists of forming machine, control cabinet, hopper and discharge conveyor. It is available in three types, i.e. low speed, medium speed and high speed types.

The bendable straw forming machine with medium production speed is an ideal alternative to the manual type drinking straw machine. The high speed bendy straw forming machine is used to process straight straws from the JH01 series extrusion equipment into flexible and bendable types via roll forming process. The bendy straws made by this machine boast higher availability and interest in use. This machine is composed of the forming unit, control cabinet, hopper, conveyor and other components. It has a higher forming speed than JH02-L, and can be considered as a replacement for normal speed machines.
