The high-pressure steel hose features an inner tube constructed of oil-resistant rubber compounds with a smooth inner wall surface causing little drag to the media being conveyed. Outer reinforcement features 4-wire spiral construction, providing added strength and pressure resistance. The sleek beauty of outmost rubber cover is further complemented by a wear-resistant surface.
Different rubber compounds react differently to the media being conveyed, which is why we use premium grade rubber materials to construct the inner tube of the hose. Commonly used for conveying various refrigerants, including type R410A, R407C, R22, and R134A, the polyester braid hose is available in one of the six models listed below.
The one-textile and one-wire braided hose can handle 21.0MPa high pressure, making it ideal for use on the air compressor and in the low to medium pressure hydraulic systems for industrial and framing applications.
A first glance may reveal a stainless steel design. Looking inside, you will discover the PTFE lining with very tight bend radius that allows the hose to be routed through cramped spaces. The internal liner of our PTFE lined hose can be of a spiral hose style. Its low porosity characteristic makes this hydraulic hose an ideal choice for conveying gas, liquid and chemicals.
