Construction Hoist
Construction hoist is also known as external elevator. It can be called as hoist in short. It is widely used for vertical conveying of personnel and materials. The construction elevator is an indispensable transportation equipment for construction of industrial or civilian buildings, large bridges, and vertical shafts. It also can be used as a material hoist semi-permanently or permanently in different situations sun as warehouses and high bridges.

The dedicated controller of building hoist are installed in the electrical cabinet to work with the LCD manipulation platform, thus allowing display and inquiry of electrical failure, which further enables easy maintenance. Operator is able to adjust the closing time of the brake through the LCD to make the tower crane hoist running more smoothly.
With a rack-and-pinion transmission system, SC100/100 construction hoist is designed to carry personnel or materials vertically and steadily. It features smooth transmission, low noise, long lifetime, safety, high efficiency and great cost performance. Hence, the construction hoist can totally take place of various material hoists. SC200/200 construction hoist is one of our newly developed products, which is complied with GB26557-2011 standards. Driven by a three phase motor, the transmission mechanism ensures even force imposed on the pinion and rack and safe and smooth operation.
Our SCP100/100 construction hoist adopts a frequency variable-frequency speed control system, which has many advantages. First, the brake can work at zero speed, thereby eliminating corrosion. Further, the system achieves positioning of the hoist at any low speed, which leads to high leveling accuracy. The speed is gradually and smoothly changed during startup or stop of buck hoist.
SCP200/200 construction hoist is widely used in construction sites for general high-rise buildings to convey personnel or scattered materials vertically. Its variable-frequency speed control system consists of a three phase asynchronous motor with disc brake, a frequency converter, a brake unit and a brake resistor, a coupling and electric protective devices, etc.
