Construction Hoist, SC100-100
With a rack-and-pinion transmission system, SC100/100 construction hoist is designed to carry personnel or materials vertically and steadily. It features smooth transmission, low noise, long lifetime, safety, high efficiency and great cost performance. Hence, the construction hoist can totally take place of various material hoists. It has been widely applied in different construction sites.
This passenger hoist comes with two cages, a chassis, mast sections, a transmission mechanism, safety devices, limiting devices, adhesion devices and an electric control system, etc. It requires no counter weight. In addition, overload protector and floor call system are also available if needed.
The construction hoist is also equipped with advanced progressive safety devices and sophisticated and reliable mechanical and electrical interlocks, which include door safety switch, upper and lower limit switch, limit switch and phase sequence relay. Mast section, pinion, rack, motor, coupling, falling protector and mechanical wheel constitute the major components of the material hoist. They all are interchangeable.
