Sealing System
Sealing components are from PARKER and MERKEL, offering optimal sealing performance at ambient temperatures.
Piston Rod
Precision honed piston rod is made of high-strength carbon steel. Unique rod design tends to improve its mechanical strength, so does the heat treatment that the rod has undergone. Chrome plating and CNC polishing improves surface finish which helps preserve the oil film thereby improving the service life of the seal. A safety factor of 4:1 can be observed at the smallest cross section of the piston rod and piston assembly when subjected to rated load.
Cylinder
Constructed of high-strength alloy steel, the hydraulic cylinder is available in a range of wall thickness depending on the required strength and size. Roller burnished internal surface gives exceptional surface finish and hardness for minimized friction which leads to improved wear resistance and service life of the sealing system.
