MZ 1050/1050Q Automatic Flatbed Die Cutter For paperboard and single flute corrugated board

1.Feeding Section
Century Machinery’s customized feeder system is installed on the machine.
Four pick up and four forward suction heads carry out angle adjustment.
Less scratches on the paper to ensure the quality of finished boxes.
This feeding station is applicable to cardboard 100-2,000gsm, and E, F, C, B and flute.
2.Feeding Table
The feeding table has side guards on both the left and right hand sides to push and pull in conversion operations.
A photoelectric detector and side guard device are on the machine for high speed feeding and precise registration.
3. Die Cutting Section
A pneumatic lock up system and centerline system are used for a fast cutting die set up and job changeover.
Using internationally known brand for the bearings, Electrical Control System and electronic components, precise control over the die cutting process is achieved.
4.Stripping Section
An electrically controlled lifting device on the stripping frame is Equipped.
A centerline system is used for a fast stripping die set up.
Triple stripping system for different stripping jobs.
Front waste separator to achieve full stripping and front waste transferred to the machine drive side by conveyor belt.
5.Delivery Section
Equipped with secondary delivery system for non-stop delivery.
A photoelectric device ensures safe operation and entrance into the delivery section.
A bottom and flat blowing system ensures a smooth and accurate delivery.
6. Electrical Control System
Siemen’s PLC technology guarantees a trouble free die cutter operation.
The electrical control section uses electrical components from international brands for a better performance and fast, local after-sales service and maintenance.
AS the automatic die cutter is equipped with a number of different safety protection devices, the machine will alarm and stop automatically when problems occur. This guarantees the safety of the operator and the machine.
