The MWZ-N series is designed for corrugated board. This series is equipped with a front waste removal tool for a complete stripping function.

1.Lead Edge Feeder
The high precision lead edge feeder allows for a consistent and precise feeding of a wide range of corrugated board.
Vacuum suction adjustment is achieved through an inverter for a wide range from A, B flute to double wall corrugated board.
2.Feeding Table
The feeding table uses a servo system to ensure accurate alignment and power registration.
3. Die Cutting Section
A centerline system and pneumatic lock-up system are used for quick cutting die set up and job changeover.
Bearings and heavy duty pneumatic clutch with overload protection are equipped for stable and safe machine performance.
4.Stripping Section
A centerline system is used for a quick stripping die set up.
Double stripping system and male/female stripping plate for different stripping jobs
Front waste separator to achieve full stripping and front waste transferred to the machine drive side by conveyor belt.
5.Delivery Section
The delivery section has pallets for paper collection.
A photoelectric devices ensures safe operation and entrance.
Delivery section control panel with icons for easy operation.
The flatbed die cutter also comes with an optional non-stop delivery system.
6. Electrical Section
The electrical section uses Siemens latest PLC technology to ensure a safe and trouble free operation.
This section also uses electrical components from internationally known brands for a better performance and fast, local after sales service and maintenance.
To ensure the safety of both the operator and the machine, there are different safety protection devices on the machine which will automatically stop and sound alarms if problems occur.
