Our label inspection machine has an efficient buffer system for stopping quickly and software to detect errors and connect to slitters and rewinding machines for a label inspecting system.

1. Speed of 300 meters/min with shear slitting system.
2. Offline inspection which finds and records the date of detected errors and stops the machine while it is replaced, still saving the data to finish later.
3. Servo driven and automatic for reliable results.
