At Pioneer, we offer machining solutions for parts in various profiles. As their name imply, the custom parts come with special shapes. So the difficulty in machining them is clamping and standard. To be specific, machining operations of such parts need the help of frock clamps.
First, the clamp should be designed referring to standard. On this aspect, we have a professional design team to meet your requirements. Second, four axis machining center is applied to realize high machining accuracy. So far, we have manufactured some profiles in complete shapes such as robot chest, arms, etc. the maximum machining accuracy reaches 0.005mm.
