Tube and Pipe for Gas Cylinders
Seamless steel pipe is mainly applied for making various of gas cylinders and hydraulic cylinders as well. Its surface material is 37Mn, 34Mn2, 30Crmo and 35CrMo, etc. The outer diameter ranges from 60mm to 273mm, while the thickness varies from 3.5mm to 9mm. The gas cylinder pipe is complied with national standards of GB18248-2000. Further, we also provide seamless steel tube for gas cylinders with non-standard specifications. The minimum order is 10 tons. The production cycle is 5 to 10 days.
We take product testing very seriously. Customers can send technical personnel from the third party testing organization such as SGS to our factory to do filed inspection and chemical analysis. They are welcomed to take photos, measure thickness and length or check if the inside of the steel pipe is unsmooth and if it has the problems of peeling or fracture. Furthermore, we will provide 30mm sampleof our gas cylinder tube randomly for our customers to take back and analyze the chemical composition.
