Seamless Steel Tube and Pipe for Low / Medium Pressure Boiler

Our boiler tube is mainly applied for producing super-heated tubes andboiling water tubes used for low and medium pressure boiler, also superheated steam water tubes, flue tubes, smoke tubes and arch tubes used for locomotive boiler.

The seamless steel tube and pipe for low / medium pressure boiler can be produced through two processes which are hot rolling and cold drawing. Hot-rolled seamless steel pipe often has outer diameter larger than 32mm and the thickness is ranging from 2.5 to 75mm. The outer diameter of cold-drawn steel pipe reaches 6mm, while the thickness can be 0.25mm. Generally, cold-drawn pipe has higher precision than hot-rolled type.

The seamless steel pipe is complied with national standards GB3087-1999. To ensure high mechanical performance, the boiler tubing is usually made of ASTM1010 or ASTM1020 steel. This type of steel tube has to past a series of tests including hydraulic test, flanging test, flaring test and flattening test. General manufacturers won’t do such tests because the testing is really time-consuming and involves writing down experiment data over and over again and then calculating and confirming. The testing requires workers to take every single detail very seriously. Furthermore, the testing costs too much. Hence, most manufactures will directly sell their products without doing the testing. However, the testing is compulsory for us. Once we detect an unqualified product, we will immediately send it back to reproduce.

In addition, we also provide free service including painting, capping, bundling, coating and offering samples.
