Reciprocating Air Compressor
The Crownwell "Tornado" is a reciprocating air compressor, or piston compressor. These units come in medium and high pressure types with ranges from 20-344bar. These compressors compare favorably with Atlas Copco and Ingersoll Rand equipment.

Features and Scope of supply:
1.Air-cooled cooling system, high-efficiency medium after coolers, impact structure, low speed, high pressure air valves
2.4µm inlet filter, ensures purified air
3.Unique wheel design, makes compressor operate continuously even at low temperatures
4.Several units installed on the same baseplate, easy installation and convenient use
5.Option: Low oil level switch system, in order to check the oil level easily, if under the level, the compressor will be shutdown automatically to protect itself
6.Option: Star-Delta starter, PLC intelligent control cabinet
7.Option: Air tank.

Beautiful styling and low oil consumption (0.15g/h), at a discharge less than 20oC over ambient temperature. Automatic unload system ensures a safe start without loading, prolongs lifespan and protects the air end and motor. Auto condensate drain valve equipped. All components installed on one baseplate contribute to easy using by our customers.

Crownwell low pressure oil free air compressors are designed for customers who have high requirements for the pure compressed air and environmental care. Lubricants will not be used and the discharged air will not contain oil and oil vapor which can pollute the environment. Our compressors are environmental friendly and energy saving.
When it is used as a general power source, it requires less maintenance than oil-injected compressors. Because our optimized compressors provide high quality oil free compressed air, customers will not need to buy after treatment equipment.
Application: Medical treatment, pharmacy, foods, drinks, petrochemical, painting, pneutronic, film sensitization, architectural, materials, air agitation, grain processing, post and communications, powdery and granular gas convey, national defense scientific research, etc.
