Oil Free Screw Air Compressor – "ALPS"

Crownwell oil-free screw air compressor adopts pure water as lubrication instead of oil. It can provide users with very clean air. Operating costs are considerably lower than oil-injected compressors (without oil, oil separator, oil filter).

High efficiency
The Crownwell water lubricated air compressor adopts pure water with functions of sealing, cooling and lubricating. Free air delivery per unit of horsepower improves 15% compared to dry types.

Long repair cycle
Ideal isothermal compression, low-speed design and structural components of the special design, air ends are five-year maintenance-free in normal conditions.

Very low operating costs
Cheap operation because of the use of pure water lubrication, without oil, oil separator, oil filters; the annual maintenance cost is only a few hundred dollars.

Ideal isothermal compression
Because the cooling performance of water is much better than the oil. The operating temperature is only 40 ℃, near suction temperature, which achieves a high efficiency and ideal isothermal compression.

The real environmental protection compressor
No oil pollution or waste because of the alternative lubrication. All mechanical parts adopt rust-proof material such as stainless steel, copper alloys, ceramics, carbon fiber, etc; high-precision water filter.
