High Speed UV Flatbed Inkjet Printer, YD-1810-KD
YD1810-KD series high speed UV flatbed inkjet printer is one of our innovations. It supports max. printing size up to 1800mmx1000mm and max. material thickness of 100mm. It makes printing of ultra-large glass sliding doors and glass curtain walls easy and effortless!
The high speed printer has printing accuracy up to 1440×720dpi, which is competent in creating vivid and perfect images without ghosting and any other defects.
The working platform of the UV flatbed printer employs dual motion control systems for precision ground leadscrews. It enables accurate positioning of both rigid and flexible materials. The repetitive positioning accuracy is as high as 0.02mm*0.02mm. The vacuum table has strong vacuum absorption capacity, and can hold any type of rigid material with max. thickness of 100mm tightly.
In addition to the standard version, we can also supply UV flatbed inkjet printers with optional white ink printing and varnishing functions.

The UV printer is designed with an anti-collision system which enables the printhead trolley to automatically stop moving when come into contact with the medium. This design effectively protects the trolley and printhead from damages.
The UV flatbed inkjet printer comes with a backup power unit which can maintain the negative pressure system when there is a power failure. The negative pressure system serves to prevent clogging of ink cartridge, thus allowing it to instantly start working when power is restored. Thus, the inkjet printing machine is able to realize 24*7 working mode.
Due to the exclusive mechanism for material loading and unloading, the UV printer allows for effortlessly printing and handling of heavy and large format materials.
The printing platform is available with an automatic medium positioning system, which ensures convenient material placement and accurate positioning.
The high speed UV flatbed inkjet printer supports automatic material thickness detection. This ensures reduced error and improved working efficiency.
Constant temperature system for the ink cartridge makes sure the printing ink has uniform viscosity even in low temperature environments, and thus makes the digital printer adapt to all environment temperatures.
